How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to allow for proper planning and preparation. Requests made with less than 2 weeks’ notice will be subject to a rush fee.
When will I hear back after submitting my inquiry?
You will receive a response within 72 hours of submitting your inquiry. Please allow this time for us to review your details and prepare your next steps.
For hotel room installations, who books the room and handles cleanup?
The client is responsible for booking the hotel room and providing Necey’s Atelier with a key promptly at the contracted installation time. Cleanup is available for an additional fee. If cleanup is not purchased, the client assumes responsibility for any applicable hotel cleaning or access charges.
Can I provide my own balloons or arch?
No. We exclusively uses professional-grade balloons and installation materials to ensure the quality and consistency of every design.
Where do you travel to?
We serves clients in Ann Arbor, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Canton, Dearborn, Detroit, Farmington Hills, Grosse Pointe, Novi, Northville, Plymouth, Troy, and more. Delivery fees are based on location and calculated according to the installation address.
